Living a Life of Purpose

Brandon and Lexee Neil of St. George, UT, went from working as bill collectors for a major credit card company for $10 an hour to becoming Primerica’s youngest millionaires. What was the key to their success? Helping educate families about their finances through Primerica. Because of this duo, families can discover financial solutions to help them avoid ever receiving a call from a bill collector again.

"We'd only been married for a couple of months when a friend told us about Primerica," Lexee remembers. "We went to a business overview and we both felt the Company was right for us.

"We were optimistic enough to believe we could start a business at a young age. We hadn't been disillusioned by corporate America yet, so we still believed that we could make our dreams come true," she says. "We're glad we joined Primerica when we did. Brandon was 22 years old at the time and I was only 18. Though some might have considered us 'young' when we started out, we didn't let that work against us."

Instead, the couple used their youth and vitality to learn the business and tap into Primerica's proven system. Brandon and Lexee gave it their all and dove right in. They knew that they'd found something special and were committed to working hard.

"If you are young, you should definitely take advantage of what Primerica has to offer," impassions Brandon. "It's a great time to get started. You're most likely less busy because you either have no children or have young children. You can grow your business now and, as your life becomes busier later on with increased responsibilities, your business will be more self-sustaining and you'll have more freedom."

The Neils weren't always so certain. In fact, in the beginning, the couple wasn't sure where the future would lead them, let alone know how they'd get there. "Before Primerica we had no idea where our work life would take us," Lexee notes.

“Now we have direction and purpose. We help people. There’s not a day that goes by that we don’t feel rewarded in some form or another because we help families get back on financial track.”

“Because we joined Primerica and worked hard in the beginning, we have more time together as a family now,” Lexee smiles. “We’re both able to be home in the mornings when our daughter wakes up and we can play with her. Not many moms and dads have the freedom to do that.”

Brandon and Lexee are true partners in their Primerica business and believe that’s one of the reasons they’ve been so successful. Each helps the other in whatever way is needed that day and each finds that their roles have evolved over the years.

“We’ve found that, when it comes to partnership, one plus one doesn’t equal two — it equals 10,” enthuses Brandon. “Without helping one another each day and being totally supportive, I doubt we would have built the business we have today.”

Life is pretty good these days for the Neils. With Primerica, they’ve been able to travel to places they might never have seen. Their time is their own and they live a life of freedom. Plus, by helping others with their finances and by offering them the potential to start their own Primerica business, Brandon and Lexee are living more than a life of purpose … they’re living the life of their dreams.
